Adroiti is looking for a skilled System Administrator to join its IT team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role responsible for managing and securing the company’s Microsoft-based infrastructure, supporting daily IT operations, and acting as the primary point of contact for IT matters.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning both operational support and security operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has deep familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Azure AD, and Exchange.

Your responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 and identity management:

  • Administer the Microsoft 365 tenant, including user lifecycle, licensing, groups, and shared resources.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including conditional access, MFA, and SSO integrations.
  • Configure and maintain Exchange Online, including mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and mail flow rules.
  • Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive policies and permissions.
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and manage incident response.

Endpoint and device management:

  • Take ownership of Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Build and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and deployment rings.
  • Manage application packaging and deployment through Intune.
  • Support Autopilot provisioning and device onboarding using Intune and Apple Business Manager.
  • Administer and troubleshoot IT peripherals.

Security operations:

  • Manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including onboarding, policy configuration, alert triage, and remediation.
  • Monitor Microsoft Defender XDR for threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
  • Administer Microsoft Purview for data classification, data loss prevention, and compliance policies.
  • Manage Exchange Online Protection, including anti-spam, anti-phishing, and quarantine policies.
  • Maintain tenant allow/block lists and alert policies in Microsoft Defender.
  • Conduct periodic vulnerability assessments and track remediation through Defender Vulnerability Management.
  • Support security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations.

Infrastructure and cloud:

  • Manage Azure resources, including subscriptions, resource groups, and identity and access management.
  • Administer Azure AD App Registrations and enterprise application integrations.
  • Support Logic Apps, Azure Communication Services, and automation workflows.
  • Monitor infrastructure health and optimise cloud costs.
  • Take ownership of backup and disaster recovery strategy, including Carbonite and Azure-native backup solutions.

IT operations and helpdesk:

  • Serve as the escalation point for daily IT support requests across the organisation and its products.
  • Manage IT ticketing and helpdesk operations through Jira Service Management.
  • Administer third-party SaaS platforms, including HubSpot, Adobe, Business Central, Carbonite, and Keeper.
  • Maintain the IT asset inventory and procurement lifecycle.
  • Manage vendor relationships and SaaS licence renewals.
  • Document processes, runbooks, and IT policies in Confluence.

Projects and automation:

  • Lead IT infrastructure projects from initial scoping through deployment.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Participate in security audits and ITGC compliance reviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring timely access provisioning and removal.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a System Administrator or IT Administrator role.
  • Experience independently managing a Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD.
  • The ability to take ownership of architecture decisions, security posture, and the complete user lifecycle—not only ticket execution.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Intune, including device management, compliance policies, and application deployment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and the Defender XDR security stack.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, including IAM, App Registrations, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
  • Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment.
  • A solid understanding of email security, including EOP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft MS-102, CompTIA A+, Security+, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Business Central, or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with Logic Apps, Power Automate, or other automation tools.
  • Experience supporting a hybrid workforce.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.

What Adroiti offers:

  • Freedom to show initiative, develop your skills, and grow beyond your current role.
  • Remote work, with an office in Vilnius available when needed.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Flexibility to take time off at short notice while respecting your responsibilities and team.
