Adroiti Technologies is a full-service, stack-agnostic technology company partnering with startups and innovative enterprises globally.

For this role, Adroiti is working with a successful shipping company specialising in oversized cargo and vehicle shipments from the US worldwide. The business handles more than 100,000 vehicles annually and has outgrown its existing business management system. A technology transformation programme is underway to modernise its systems, support further growth, and introduce new capabilities.

Adroiti is looking for a senior Tech Lead who enjoys hands-on development as well as designing and orchestrating complex technology solutions. The primary technology stack is .NET and React, with occasional work in the existing PHP codebase.

As a Tech Lead, you will:

  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of technology transformation initiatives.
  • Own architectural decisions and the full system development lifecycle, from implementation through release and maintenance.
  • Contribute to software development and DevOps work to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
  • Drive AI adoption across the team and product lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery, and create measurable business value.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations stakeholders.
  • Lead the technology team and foster a business outcome-driven development culture.

What Adroiti expects from you:

  • Strong .NET expertise and a solid full-stack development background.
  • Experience leading technology teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI-assisted development tools, and integrating AI capabilities into real-world products and workflows.
  • Experience with Azure or another cloud platform.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on transparency, agility, and collaboration.
  • Very good spoken and written English.
